The Coordinating Committee assigns quotas to organizations of the professional community for their participation in the Congress. The organizations that are granted quotas must form delegations of young scientists who will attend the Congress.
The Congress organizers will provide services to representatives of the professional community who are granted quotas to attend the Congress. Participants who are not assigned quotas, but have submitted individual applications for participation will also be able to use the services, but some of them will only be available on a paid basis.
All participants must pay for their flight to and from Sochi.
During the Congress, representatives of the professional community who are granted quotas to attend the Congress will be provided with free accommodation in double and triple rooms at hotels directly near the venue. Breakfast is included. Information about accommodation provided in the personal web office.
Participants who are not assigned quotas may use the hotel accommodation service on a paid basis. A list of all recommended hotels provided in the personal web office.
During the Young Scientists Congress, free regular shuttles will run for all participants and media representatives via the following routes:

Participants of the Young Scientists Congress can rent an accredited chauffeur-driven car.

All Congress participants may obtain accreditation for a personal vehicle in order to access the Sirius University of Science and Technology. More information on terms and conditions can be viewed in the personal web office, where accreditation requests for personal vehicles and drivers can also be submitted.
Accreditation requests will be accepted until 26 November 2024.
