The Coordinating Committee assigns quotas to organizations of the professional community for their participation in the Congress. The organizations that are granted quotas must form delegations of young scientists who will attend the Congress.
The Congress organizers will provide services to representatives of the professional community who are granted quotas to attend the Congress. Participants who are not assigned quotas, but have submitted individual applications for participation will also be able to use the services, but some of them will only be available on a paid basis.
All participants must pay for their flight to and from Sochi.
During the Congress, representatives of the professional community who are granted quotas to attend the Congress will be provided with free accommodation in double and triple rooms at hotels directly near the venue. Breakfast is included. Information about accommodation provided in the personal web office.
Participants who are not assigned quotas may use the hotel accommodation service on a paid basis. A list of all recommended hotels provided in the personal web office.
During the Young Scientists Congress, free regular shuttles will run for all participants and media representatives via the following routes:

All Congress participants may obtain accreditation for a personal vehicle in order to access the Sirius University of Science and Technology. More information on terms and conditions can be viewed in the personal web office, where accreditation requests for personal vehicles and drivers can also be submitted.
Accreditation requests will be accepted until 26 November 2024.

Participants can use the ‘Day planner’ section of the personal web office or the Young Scientists Congress mobile app to plan and arrange business meetings.
Scheduled meetings can be held both at the Congress venue, or elsewhere.
If you wish to schedule a meeting, open the Day planner’ section, then add a new event, select the type of event (Meeting), select the time and location, and add invitees from the list of Congress participants. Only participants who consented to their information being displayed will be visible. Consent is provided at the registration stage.
Go to the ‘Notifications’ section to view invitations from other participants.
PERSONAL EVENT SCHEDULE
Participants can use the ‘Day planner’ section in the Roscongress mobile app to create a personal event schedule.
If there is an event on the Congress programme you wish to add to your schedule, go to the ‘Programme’ section, select the event of interest, and add it to your Day planner.
If you wish to set up a notification in your personal schedule, go to the Day planner, create a new event, and select the type of event as a reminder
The MARMA lab has developed an interactive Telegram quest around the exhibition for Congress participants.
You can start the quest by link or scanning the QR code located at any information desk of the Congress.
During the quest, you will have the opportunity to visit company exhibits, see interesting experiments, modern technologies and the advanced developments of young scientists.
Participants receive a special souvenir from the organizers of the Congress for completing the quest.
